Refund Policy
Star Eleven Cricket League (SECL)
This Refund Policy applies to all registrations, trials, tournaments, league matches, camps, and other services conducted by Star Eleven Cricket League (SECL).
1. General Refund Policy
All registration fees, trial fees, league fees, participation fees, processing fees, and other payments made to SECL are non-refundable and non-transferable once successfully received.
Participants are advised to carefully review the applicable registration details, Terms & Conditions, and event information before making any payment.
2. Event Cancellation by SECL
If an event, trial, tournament, league match, camp, or other program is cancelled by SECL, participants may be eligible for a refund of the applicable fee paid for that cancelled event.
Any refund in such circumstances will be processed in accordance with SECL's applicable Terms & Conditions and refund procedures.
3. Change of Date, Venue, or Schedule
A change in the date, venue, timing, format, or schedule of an event by SECL shall not ordinarily make the participant eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specifically stated by SECL or required under applicable law.
4. Non-Attendance
If a participant fails to attend a scheduled trial, match, camp, tournament, or other SECL event, the amount paid shall not be refundable. SECL shall not be obligated to provide a refund, second opportunity, or rescheduling solely because of a participant's absence.
5. Disqualification or Rejection
If a player is disqualified, rejected, removed, or otherwise becomes ineligible to participate due to violation of SECL's Terms & Conditions, rules, eligibility requirements, misconduct, false information, incorrect documents, or any other applicable reason, no refund shall be provided.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Any duplicate or erroneous payment will be reviewed by SECL. Where SECL determines that a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will generally be processed within 2-3 working days after verification of the transaction and approval of the refund.
7. Processing Charges
Where a refund is approved, SECL may deduct applicable payment gateway, banking, transaction, administrative, or other processing charges, where applicable. The amount actually refunded may therefore be less than the original amount paid.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of refund approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the respective bank or payment service provider.
9. Applicable Terms & Conditions
All refunds are subject to the SECL Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, applicable event rules, and applicable Indian laws and regulations.
10. Important Notice
Once a payment has been successfully received by SECL, it is generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. A refund will ordinarily be provided only where SECL cancels the applicable event, where SECL expressly approves a refund, or where a refund is required under applicable law.
SECL reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy whenever necessary. Any updated policy shall become effective upon publication through the official SECL communication channels.
